We keep an open line of communication with property management, building maintenance, tenants, and thier appointed project teams. We provide seamless projects from start to finish.
We consistently provide clear and concise estimates, work within realistic time frames for Managers and Owners, and supply detailed value engineering when needed. We work within budget guidelines for building or renovating new and existing tenants, spec spaces along with various other specialty projects.

At ECC, we schedule our workload to insure the highest level of commitment to your project. Our knowledge and experience is an essential part of collaborating with our clients to assist them from the planning phase to move in day. Our superintendents are not just there to supervise; they work right alongside with the sub-contractors.
